Types of Awakenings:
Spiritual awakenings are noted to have a variety
of different names.
The experience is often referred to as mystical,
paranormal, or sacred.
Spiritual awakenings will differ depending on
what part of the world you are in.
Some cultures are very religious based and the
experience may be seen as a message from the gods or
deities.
Others deem this process as strictly part of the
brain’s function and believe it is controlled by the mind.
Yet another group feels it is a walk-in
experience where a different soul is sent to take over the body after the other
soul has quit living.
Regardless of the way awakening is viewed, the
fact remains that something is occurring and you may need help dealing with it
while it happens.
Here are some types of awakening.
Kundalini
Awakening:
An activation of charkas, usually
beginning from the root charka (red) and stretching to the crown charka
(purple). When this activation happens it brings the human being a considerable
amount of change in their consciousness and works on the cellular
re-construction of the soul. This is a metamorphosis for the human, possibly
changing the person inside and out forever.
Awakening
of the Heart:
This
is a profound sense of opening that comes from the heart charka. This happens
when the charka is fully balanced. You will feel a deep sense of unconditional
love and compassion that may not have been felt before. This could cause the human to make important changes in the way
they live and show increased understanding for others. This is usually a short
term situations.
Psychic Awareness:
Clairvoyant and intuitive awakening
deep within the psyche of the human. They will sense things they have not felt
before; these will come as visions. It is not usually planned or coached. This
awakening will be seen as paranormal in nature. It can be a onetime event or an
occurrence that happens for a lifetime. This ability that can be honed or made
stronger with cogent effort.
Self-Awareness Awakening:
This is an internal mind awakening and
can be caused by outside situations or sources. It happens when we are no longer
satisfied with what is happening to us. This is much like an epiphany - an
awareness that something has changed or that you need to change. You may feel
this awareness for a brief period of time or a few days. After one awakening has
occurred a trickle or flood of new ones may follow. Usually each epiphany is
about something different but will tie in to the other
awakening.
Drug
Induced or Edge of Death Experience Awaking:
Both of these experiences can be life
changing and sometimes come hand in hand. Drugs induce a mystical experience
through the high. The message you receive may be real or false. It will be a
short message and may not be easily retained once the high wears off. It is very
important that if you get a drug induced message you take it in and evaluate
what it means and if it is logical. Edge of Death Experiences are
seemingly more real than false. These messages are usually connected with some
type of trauma resulting in death or near death of the physical body.
